Vortex Technology LLC.  is a technology company providing innovative solutions to the mining and mineral processing industry. The company provides technology that is unique and green in regards to traditional mining
equipment and business models. We were organized under the laws of the State of Nevada. Not only have we developed several innovative mining technologies which we desire to further develop. But we implement several already pre-existing technologies and integrate these in conjunction with ours. Our technologies are not only environmentally friendly and green, but also economically beneficial. Our objective is to capture a market share, through the licensing of our technologies, to qualified companies and projects whom have Stranded Valuable Metals (SVM) or crippling environmental restrictions. Vortex has several candidates and opportunities suitable for use with Vortex's Dry Air Concentration Technology (DAC). Our technologies include Dry Air Separation of minerals using no water, no chemicals and creating little to no measurable dust during processing. Our Dry Air Separators are portable, so they can be brought temporarily to a mine site, then utilized to recover any valuable precious metals or heavy minerals. Vortex Technology will provide a means for companies and projects, whom without this technology simply do not have a viable project. Environmental restrictions have caused many world class projects to be put of hold or moth balled due to unfavorable conditions. Vortex's “Green” DAC technology addresses not only the environmental concerns, but in most cases provides a economic benefit as well, through lower overall “total” operating costs.

MICHAEL SNYDER,
CO-FOUNDER-CEO/DIRECTOR

Mr. Snyder has 33 years experience in mineral processing and mine development. He is committed to producing results from his endeavors that meet or exceed industry standards for quality, integrity, and accuracy. Mr. Snyder has experience or expertise in the following areas; Extractive Metallurgy, Sample Control, Accountability, Ore reduction, Concentration, Leaching Techniques from bench scale to production, equipment maintenance, repair, and fabrication,
High Voltage electricity, Spectroscopy, innovative digest procedures for ore analysis, flotation chemistry and recovery methods, and is highly skilled in refining techniques for all precious metals. Through his laboratory and consulting efforts his activities have involved research and development projects on a wide range of minerals/materials such as Gold, Precious Metals Refining, Dry Concentration Technology, Manganese, Rare Earth Oxides, Silica, Smelter Slags and Exhaust Catalysts. Mr. Snyder is also President of Aurius Resources, which is a precious metals development company and owns a fully permitted processing and laboratory facility in California. He is also a member of Society of Mining Engineers and attended the University of Nevada at Las Vegas.
